- We strongly reccomend you purchase larger time blocks for
systems with multiple issues. A 15 minute block is usually too small to
fix most issues.
- On average 60 to 120 minutes provides for most problems.
Please allocate more time if you rarely perform system maintenance as
this requires a lengthier audit and possibly many and longer downloads
to bring your computer up to date as well as solve computer issues.
- No matter the size of the time blocks you
own. You can be sure we always seek the fastest method we know of

- Please be aware that we often must perform drivers or
operating systems updates before being able to properly troubleshoot
