The Ultimate in Stress Reduction Our Remote support contracts are the best and most cost effective way to have a professional tech support team working with you on an ongoing basis.   We provide preventative software maintenance and emergency technical support for any computer or laptop within your business or on the road.  We provide ongoing support on pre scheduled time period as well as whenever you contact us with issues as they arise.  Also many  Emergency support services such as data recovery or cleaning up viruses and spyware are included in the monthly costs.   
This cost effective service is ideal for small business with workers operating from home or on the road and who may need support while away.   We become your technical support department.  How much better can it get?

How does it work?
  • A minimum of once a month (We usually alternate one week on and one week off)  we connect to your PC to perform pre scheduled maintenance and updates.
  • We also work to identify problems, and make recommendations as well as fix issues we encounter.
  • We also focus on problems as you state them to us!
  • We perform all required system maintenance tasks & Operating System updates.
  • We audit your computer security and ascertain that all your security products, and applications are up to date.
  • We scan for Virus and spyware as well as exploits.
  • We use your own Internet connection to perform necessary tasks like system maintenance & updates
  • We use an array tools as well as specialized Internet sites to maintain your computer, and configure it for maximum safety and to achieve optimal performance.
  • You can see everything we are doing on your screen. You always have full control, and can tell us to stop at any time.
  • You can contact us at any time, and request assistance. We are here to help!
  • At the end of any remote session you get a detailed written report of all we did e-mailed to you.
Support contracts are fixed to a single computer or laptop, and are not transferable to other PC's in your home or business.  If you wish support to apply to all computers in your business at all time you must purchase support minute blocks from our online store since they are applicable to any computer.  You are only subjected to a $15.00 setup fee per computer...

Hardware & Software costs such as anti virus, Anti spyware or applications programs purchases or upgrades are extra and are billed separately.  The support contract includes remote assistance only.  On site location (In Person) visits are billed extra at our regular rate of $75.00 + tax per hours with a 2 hour minimum.

Fees for 1 year Remote Assistance contract are $1026.00 tax included per Year 

This works out to around $75.00 per months.

Free Emergency Remote Assistance visits are included in our multi year support contract.
Emergency Remote Data recovery services  are Not billed  and no hidden surcharge is required.

All software installations must meet the manufacturers Registrations, and licensing requisites.   We will seek solutions direct from manufacturers of products such as motherboards, video cards and other peripherals to resolve hardware & drivers related issues whenever available, and possible, but we assume no responsibility or liabilities for them whatsoever.
